Pleated filter cartridge that we offer is made of various pleated membrane filter material such as PP, Glass Fiber, Nylon, PES, PTFE, PVDF pleated membrane filter according to the type of filter membrane material. Pleated cartridge filters are usually used in food and beverage, biopharmaceutical, microelectronics, power plants, chemicals and other industries.

High Flow Filter Cartridges are designed to provide high filtration flow applications and designed for cost effective solutions compared to typical filter cartridges. They can offer high dirt holding capacity which will increase operation time and reduce the frequency of changeout which directly translates to lowered operational costs.

Melt Blown Cartridge Filters are the standard filter cartridge used in industrial applications.  They are made from polypropylene fibers that are pressed, sintered and melt blown onto a rotating spindle to create cylindrical cartridges. This allows them to remove particulates effectively providing effective filtration solution and long service life. We now also provide optional anti bacterial feature on our new generation melt blown cartridge filters.

Our String Wound Filter Cartridges are made of tight inner layers followed by loose outer layers. This enables effective depth filtration for higher direct holding capability coupled with robust structural strength. This will be especially useful for applications experiencing high differential pressure.

Filter bags are commonly used for filtration in various applications ranging from food and beverage all the way to industrial chemical filtration as they are very cost effective. Filtration size can range from 0.5 micron to 100 microns. Filter bag material can range from PP or PET needle felt bags for nominal precision filtration or nylong mesh bags for lower rating filtration. Designed according to international standards, they are compatible to use in filter housings of major manufacturers.

We have various standard filter housing to house our CCW filters. Standard housing size can accomodate 1 to 10 filter elements from lengths of 40" and 60".  Housing material is made of SS304 or SS316L in order to withstand harsh industrial environment such as high temperature and extreme pH.
